By drawing on domestic capabilities to design and manufacture Lurgi furnaces, obtain the equipment diagrams for such furnaces, preferably with indications of the materials used for the main components (such as the casing, grates, coal feeder, agitator, etc.).
It’s likely that only design institutes have comprehensive information on these things; after all, they rely on them for their livelihood, so they won’t give it away easily. However, they might provide you with the process flow diagrams.
So, what materials are used for the Lurgi furnace shell, jacket, coal feeder, stirrer, and grate manufactured in China?
