We plan to order a batch of metal hoses for use on site, as a replacement for traditional metal pressure transfer tubes; they are much easier to install. We intend to order several different specifications at once for various applications. Please let us know what sizes of hoses are needed The on-site instruments mainly include: EJA pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and various small electromagnetic directional control valves. Ordinary pressure gauge, pneumatic control valve, connected via a gauge needle valve.
Straight pipe threads and tapered pipe threads of 3/8", 1/4", and 1/2". It’s basically enough.
It depends on the interface size and thread type of your gauge. . .
The threaded connections for instruments come in various standards, such as Chinese standards, American standards, German standards, and others； Additionally, the sizes vary; depending on the requirements of the instrument, it can go up to DN25 (1”), and there is no commonly used standard – only the specifications and requirements set by standards apply.
Templates for instrument selection are available; the instruments used in each factory may vary, and each factory has 2 or 3 options to choose from. It’s best to go and check in person
Generally, 1/2\" is chosen, as it offers a wide range of compatible pipeline fittings; it’s harder to find compatible fittings for smaller diameters in China. Additionally, it’s necessary to check with the existing instruments to ensure proper connection.
It is usually 1/2\" NPT….
What the original poster is referring to is replacement; it depends on the interface of the instrument being used. Don’t stock up blindly
