I am now preparing to install a level measurement system for the crude benzene tanks in the coking plant. I’m not sure whether crude benzene is corrosive to metal materials, and I need to know which type of material should be used. There is no information on this topic in the available documents, so I hope experts can help me out. This is an urgent matter; please assist me
It’s quite corrosive; applying a layer of corrosion-resistant coating on the metal surface should work well. I’ve heard that corrosion-resistant unsaturated polyester resin can be used for this purpose! For the original poster’s reference (I haven’t used it! ）
