Does anyone know of a place where thermocouples are cheap and of good quality? If you do, please share it so that we can all benefit from it
Forget it, OP – you get what you pay for with this kind of thing. I too used to be tempted by cheap options, but it caused a lot of inconvenience in production.
You can look it up online, but you get what you pay for – please think it through carefully
The products mentioned by the original poster are currently just a form of promotion; they do not exist in the market at all. Just think about it – if there were a product that was both inexpensive and of good quality, that company would surely hold a monopoly position. But have you ever seen such a company or supplier in the market? It’s your company’s managers who act like fools; low prices only allow you to get low-quality products. I worked on a project before; this device was originally imported from Japan, and many of the thermocouples were in use for many years without any signs of damage. After the expansion of the facility, many domestic thermocouples were used (of course, they were cheap). Many of these thermocouples failed either due to large measurement errors or wire breaks within less than a year. It was later found that the supplier had used thin-walled wire for the thermocouple elements (but used wire that met the requirements at the wiring connections); those wires were made of precious metals. Later, we placed another order in Japan using their model; the price was three times that of the domestic version, but its lifespan was much longer.
Oh, then could everyone please help recommend a domestic brand that has relatively good quality?
There are too many people doing this kind of thing; don’t go for cheap options!
Did the person on the 6th floor also buy cheap products like I did? Tell me what happened to them
1# *nggan The quality of my products is really good; if they break, they can be replaced. We offer low prices to sell more products, haha. Feel free to contact me if needed; for things like pressure gauges and thermocouples, if they get damaged, they can be replaced. .
If a K-type as generally required is needed, those from Tianjin Zhonghuan are quite good; But the Type B model that requires high temperature and pressure is the one from Kunshan.
Shanghai Hongda Instrument Factory is quite good; at least it has a decent reputation to this day, so the original poster might want to take that into consideration.
