What is the air flow rate of the plate heat exchanger?

I have a plate heat exchanger with a heat exchange area of 120 square meters. The cold medium is circulating water and the heat medium is -0.03MPa steam. What is the maximum flow rate of the heat medium? (i.e. the gap area between the plates)* Flow rate, what is the general gap area between plates????
