Seeking advice on selecting an oxygen meter for roasting flue gas

For a pyrite sulfuric acid plant with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, the ore used contains a high level of arsenic; therefore, an arsenic removal system is in place. To facilitate operation, it is desired to install an oxygen analyzer for flue gas. However, due to the presence of arsenic in the medium, no suitable oxygen analyzer has been found. I earnestly request assistance from those who have more experience in this area, hoping they can provide information regarding the selection of appropriate oxygen analyzers, their performance, and the manufacturers that produce them. It seems that this is indeed a difficult problem at the moment; I’ve encountered this issue before as well!
There are relatively few manufacturers producing oxygen meters at the moment; I’ve seen about 10 such manufacturers, and it seems that only Nanhua and Shanghai-based companies produce them. I’ve used those from Nanhua, and they’re quite stable in performance. One of the Shanghai-based manufacturers’ products also works very well
In Shanghai, it’s called Yingsheng – it’s a pretty good one
Try the earlier generations of oxygen analyzers from Nanhua: the furnace gas is drawn out using a vacuum pump, and after washing it with water, analysis is carried out. We’ve been using it for 20 years; it works very well. It seems to have been discontinued now – modern oxygen meters are all integrated units that don’t come with their own electric heater.
Reply to floor 4: We use those from Shanghai Yingsheng, including oxygen meters, sulfur dioxide concentration meters, and sulfuric acid concentration meters – but they are not accurate, especially the one for sulfuric acid concentration.
