III. Responsibilities of the Technology Department 1. Under the direct supervision of the plant manager (chief engineer), this department is responsible for the technical management of the entire plant’s production processes, and it guides and assists the production workshops in conducting production analysis and managing production technologies. 2. Responsible for reviewing and evaluating process update, renovation plans, and rationalization suggestions across the entire plant, and submitting them to the Chief Engineer for approval. 7. Under the guidance of the Chief Engineer, participate in the formulation and revision of the plant’s long-term development plans, as well as in the review of proposals and feasibility studies for major scientific research and design projects. 8. Responsible for supervising and checking the implementation of various process, technical, and economic indicators as well as job operation instructions; involved in investigating and analyzing technical and quality incidents that occur during production, and proposing solutions and preventive measures. 9. Responsible for collecting and organizing relevant technical data on the plant’s production processes, and for compiling, organizing, and archiving all technical documents and drawings promptly after projects such as technological upgrades, major repairs, research activities, problem-solving efforts, technological innovations, and inspections are completed. 10. Responsible for technical exchanges within the domestic industry; focus on collecting and organizing various standards, scientific and technological information, as well as trends in the field both domestically and internationally, to provide technical insights to factory management and promote technological advancement.
