Why isn’t the range specified in the performance table of the concentrated sulfuric acid metering pump? Do I not need to write it?
All metering pumps can adjust their flow rate, so there’s no need to mention this in the manual. Just write down the flow rate at each range setting.

The range should be an adjustment range of 0-100%; after selecting the flow rate of the metering pump as desired, it can be adjusted within the 0-100% range. Generally, the zero point can be calibrated on-site, and then adjusted according to the travel distance.
The optimal adjustment range is 30%–100%
Are you referring to the performance table, the performance curve chart, or something else? The adjustment handwheel is indicated in percentages. The manufacturer conducted the test in clean water; it’s more appropriate to reset it to 0% on-site
By performance table, I mean the device parameters in the device list
All metering pumps have a range, and adjustments are made within a 0-100% scale, with measurement and adjustment being based on the percentage of the maximum range; this is also true for metering pumps used for concentrated sulfuric acid.
