Engineers, what is the feasibility of combining the on-site solenoid valve cabinets with the on-site instrument wiring boxes?
Inside the junction box are the connectors for various instruments. The instrument signals are very weak and delicate, and they are most sensitive to electromagnetic interference. As far as I know, on the machine set, there is one wiring box for the vibration sensors and another for the temperature sensors; moreover, the wiring boxes for the drive mechanisms such as turbines and motors are not the same as those for the machinery that is driven by them. The solenoid valve operates with high current and a strong magnetic field; placing it in a junction box doesn’t seem suitable to me.
I separated their wiring, and there’s very little 220V; it’s mostly 24V. 2# pair2cn
To avoid interference, it is best to make two discs.
