How to insert local images in the main text

I was in the third grade of elementary school. When posting a thread, I clicked on the image in the editing bar; it asked me to enter the image address. I right-clicked on the local image, selected \"Properties\" and then \"Location\", copied the address, pasted it in, and clicked \"OK\", but the image wouldn’t appear. I’d like to ask experts what’s going on. Also, attachments cannot be sent either, including those in JPG format
