Some precautions: These apply to anything related to centrifugal compressors (back-pressure type)
Before starting the lubricating oil pump, it is necessary to supply isolation gas to the dry gas seal
The outlet valve must be fully open. Sealing, buffering, and flushing air must be in use.
1. The temperature of the lubricating oil must reach a certain level before the machine is started (requirements vary among different manufacturers). 2. The auxiliary oil pump is in the on state. 3. It is best to analyze the lubricating oil to ensure it is of qualified quality. 4. All sequential experiments have been completed. 5. The drainage of the turbine unit is complete. 6. Prepare the tools needed to start the machine.
Venting of the circulating water system. The condensate pump is also in standby mode. Allow gas to flow back to the compressor inlet to check for any water.
1. Interlock debugging is complete and it has been put into use. 2. The instruments and mechanical components have passed inspection. 3. The dry gas seal is put into operation. 4. Auxiliary oil pump starts (oil tank heater switches to automatic mode). 5. All inlet guide vanes closed. 6. The anti-surge valve is fully open. 7. Various low points, especially those for drainage from the population pipeline. 8. Turn the shaft as specified.
1. Thoroughly inspect the unit before starting up, and check for any abnormalities in the automatic protection and barring system. 2. General checks before starting the compressor: 1. Check the lubricating oil level in the reservoir. 2. Ensure that the anti-surge valve is open. 3. The safety instruments must send a signal allowing startup. 4. The dry gas seal must be in good condition. 5. Check the viscosity of the lubricating oil. 6. Check the oil temperature. 7. There should be no external conditions that could cause shutdown. 8. The startup permit light must be on
I wonder whether the poster is using a chlorine Naismith pump or a turbine compressor? 1. Start the pump only after the pressure and temperature of the oil pump reach the specified values. 2. Ensure that the inlet valve is fully closed, while the outlet valve and the return valve are both open. 3. Open the exhaust valve to remove any unwanted gases from within the pump. The pump inlet valve 5 can be opened slightly, and the reflux valve should be adjusted appropriately to prevent surging in the pump
