For Ineos and Basel’s polypropylene technologies, some key equipment needs to be imported. If you know, could you provide the names of those devices as well as the names of the foreign manufacturers? All those who provide answers will be rated! ! Everyone is encouraged to participate widely
1# zcs002: Ineos Innovene PP and Sepheripol from Basel. Ineos needs to import around 5-6 types of equipment, including reactors, circulation compressors, fine powder injectors, powder valves, and extrusion granulators. Basel has 4-5 types of equipment, such as circulation compressors, powder valves, slurry pumps, and extrusion granulators. However, in terms of the process flow, Basell’s facility is longer, and it has about 30% more equipment units than Ineos; therefore, the total investment is roughly equivalent.
Are there any proprietary devices from various technology providers as mentioned upstairs?
3# zcs002 is now mostly referred to as equipment from a single supplier!
I know Basell! ~~ Axial flow pumps must be imported! ~There is also an acrylic recovery compressor (the motor does not need to be imported); the decompression unit must be imported. In addition, the small-dose pumps P101 and P104 for the catalyst also need to be imported
