Increase the nitrogen protection setting. There’s no good solution.
Check whether the protective gas pipeline is blocked
Protect the viewing port with air or nitrogen to prevent carbon in acidic gases from adhering to the sight glass.
Our viewing ports use unpurified air along with fan air for backflow purification, in order to protect the viewing lenses

The formation of soot in the flame viewing port is usually caused by wind, nitrogen carrying dirt, or sulfur present inside the furnace; it is necessary to prevent the entry of dirt and to ensure that the pressure outside is not higher than that inside the furnace.
