Weld opening issue

If there is a design that includes openings in the welds for connecting pipes, should this be carried out? The pipe in question is a pressure pipe; is it permissible to do this on a pressure vessel?~
It’s not allowed; you can take a look at the tolerance specifications
GB50236 stipulates that when it is necessary to make openings in the weld or to use reinforcement plates for such openings, non-destructive testing must be conducted on the weld area within a range of 1.5 times the diameter of the opening or the diameter of the reinforcement plate. Only after confirming that the weld is satisfactory can the opening be made. The welds covered by the reinforcement plates should be smoothed.

According to GB150 10.8.2.2.C, all weld joints contained within a circle with the hole’s center as its origin and a radius of 1.5 times the hole’s diameter must undergo 100% radiographic or ultrasonic testing
