I need to go to the site to inspect the equipment, but I have no experience. I have two questions for everyone: 1. What items do I need to bring, and what are the standards? The manufacturer will provide them. During inspection, the first thing to check is the appearance, followed by the geometric dimensions, and then the material thickness. It is also necessary to verify whether the material matches what is specified in the drawings, as well as any special processing requirements such as heat treatment, acid washing and passivation for stainless steel, and hydrostatic testing. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all relevant reports are available, including any third-party inspection reports.
