2.1 The water quality of domestic miscellaneous water shall not exceed the limits specified in the table above. 2.2 Equipment such as domestic miscellaneous water pipelines and water tanks shall not be directly connected to tap water pipelines and water tanks. The exterior of equipment such as domestic water pipes and water tanks should be marked with light green to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse. 2.3 Water supply agencies for domestic non-potable water should continuously strengthen the management of facilities related to the treatment, collection, supply, metering, and testing of such water. They should establish effective systems and operating procedures for discharge, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance in order to ensure the quality of the supplied water. 3 Water quality testing 3.1 The methods for testing water quality shall be in accordance with the \"Testing Methods for Standards of Miscellaneous Domestic Water.\" 3.2 Centralized water supply facilities for miscellaneous domestic use must establish a water quality testing laboratory to monitor the quality of the water entering and leaving wastewater reclamation facilities, as well as the quality of water supplied out of these facilities and within the water distribution network. For decentralized or standalone water supply systems, the competent authorities shall assign relevant units to carry out water quality testing, or request a higher-level authority to designate such units. The results of the above water quality tests shall be regularly submitted to the competent authorities for review and archiving.
