During a recent equipment inspection, it was found that the frequency of a 45KW motor was fluctuating; this motor is connected to a reducer of model ZLY280-20-11 via four belts. Through measurement and observation, the bearing vibration value of the motor is 7.8 mm/s2, while that of the casing is as high as 5.5. The operating sound of its bearings is normal (checked using a stethoscope), and the measured temperatures are also normal; there are no abnormal noises from the reducer. The belt is too loose. What I want to know now is whether this shaking of the motor is related to the belt The instability of the load must also be related, right? Please give me some advice! Thank you!
It has been corrected; no issues. This phenomenon has been occurring for some time now; it wasn’t a problem before

If load is not a factor, the belts are the most likely culprits; it’s possible that four belts are wearing unevenly and are not synchronized with each other. Removing one or two of them and trying to operate the device again might help identify the problem (of course, if spare belts are available, it’s better to replace them directly). The 45KW small motor does not have much weight, and it can wobble even if its base is slightly uneven. Next, check the radial runout of the output shaft and the belt groove to ensure there is no deformation. It’s hard to say if there’s a problem inside the motor.
Similar situations have occurred in our unit as well; upon inspection, it was found that the stiffness of the motor board was insufficient
Three additional points: (Assuming there are no issues with the installation or the belt, I suspect there might be a problem with the motor base or the bolts may not be tightened properly.) 1. Check whether the motor current is within the specified range and whether the motor temperature is normal. If necessary, remove the belt and check it with no load. 2. Check whether the pulleys are damaged, and ensure that the larger and smaller pulleys are installed in the direction of belt movement. 3. If the load is heavy, when replacing the belts, it is recommended to replace all 4 of them at once (keep the old ones for future use); if the tension of the belts differs, the drive mechanism is prone to malfunctioning. (This is how we replace the belt on our L-type air compressor.) Personal opinion, for reference only.
Perhaps the base or support of the motor is too weak; we have encountered similar situations before

I’m sorry, everyone! Also, there are 6 motors of this type, with the same bases. The motor currents are within the specified range, and the motor temperatures are normal as well. The gearboxes driven by these motors are identical; one of them shakes slightly less than the others, but all of them are functioning properly. So far, the operating status has not changed; from this perspective, the issue with the load applied can be ruled out! Thank you all again!
