What qualifications should a air separation technician have?

The company has recently started recruiting openly for oxygen production technicians using air separation technology. Although I haven’t had much experience in this field yet, I would like to give it a try. But what other qualifications are required of someone who works as an air separation technician, in addition to having solid technical skills?

One should be mature and steady in personality, careful and meticulous, able to consider issues from all angles, and have a strong sense of responsibility. As a system operator, it is even more important to have a broad perspective, solid practical skills, the ability to combine theory with practice, good psychological resilience, and it is helpful to be somewhat reserved in personality.
