The basis for judging the damage of the primary seal and the secondary seal from the changes in the flow rate and pressure gauge on the venting torch pipeline is that if the leakage increases, the flow rate will increase, the pressure will increase, and the sealing ring will be damaged.
If the pressure is low, it means that the secondary sealing surface is damaged because the sealing gas leaks from the secondary sealing surface. If the pressure is high, it means that the primary sealing surface is damaged because more primary sealing gas leaks from the primary sealing surface. Generally, there are three methods for first-level venting: pressure chain, pressure difference chain and flow detection to monitor the operation of dry gas seals.
