It is a database on the acute toxicity of hazardous chemicals
After checking, it is the Registration Database of Toxic Effects of Chemical Substances (RTECS) issued by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NOSH) in the United States. Most of the toxicological data on hazardous chemicals are derived from this database, including information on the acute toxicity, irritancy, subacute and chronic toxicity, mutagenicity, teratogenicity, and carcinogenicity of chemical toxins.
