Question: 1. What product is currently being used in Zhejiang University’s ZHKong DCS system? Is it the JX300-XP or the ECS-100? 2. What is the difference between the two? Are their configuration software all AdvanTrol-Pro? Is the AdvanTrol-Pro 2.50 version still in use? What new features are available in the latest version 2.65? Looking forward to more discussions from everyone! !
I just built a small system with a cost under a thousand units; it uses the JX300-XP. The ECS-100 seems to be quite old. The configuration software is AdvanTrol-Pro.
Both the JX-300XP and ECS-100 are currently the flagship products of the central control system, with slightly different application areas. 300XP is for scores below 1000 points; although the control panel states it’s up to 2000 points, its price is lower than that of ECS100. If the budget is high, the central control system will definitely be ECS100, assuming the customer doesn’t prioritize price that much. Pro2.65 supports both 300XP and ECS100. Pro2.65 is generally used in contracts issued later on.
Currently, Zhongkong has released the 700 series
The products offered by Zhongkong include GCS-2, JX-300XP, ECS-100, and ECS-700. Among them, the most widely used ones are JX-300XP and ECS-100. These two models differ in terms of hardware, but both feature a cage-style structure. The 2.50 software is very common and stable; version 2.65 allows for TIP display, as well as more image libraries, and it also includes elf management. User authorization is handled through the configuration software, and the methods of secondary calculation have changed
