Silicon core quality issues

Colleagues, recently the quality of silicon core materials has been poor; the heads and tails of these cores contain many pores, and arcing and material explosion occur during the drawing process. :(
The probable reasons are: impurities in the gas and silicon core material or inadequate cleaning, as well as an improper drawing speed.
It’s likely that the atmosphere inside the furnace isn’t properly adjusted, the current isn’t stable, the silicon core isn’t uniform, or the cleaning wasn’t thorough enough, among other things
