CAD format issue

I used to use the old standards for creating drawings, but now the company only allows printing on A4 paper. I’ve found that the settings I used for A1 or A0 format – regarding annotations, text, and lines – are very different when trying to print on A4. Could anyone give me some advice, or tell me how you set your formats?
I think changing the format and then using the format brush will also take little time
Note: It used to be a large drawing; now it’s smaller, and the arrows in the resulting diagram seem a bit too small. This can be adjusted directly in the annotation style. Text: The same thing happens with text – it becomes smaller, so some of it becomes hard to read; therefore it needs to be enlarged, and using the format brush is the best way to do that. Lines: Lines generally present this issue: only when enlarged can one discern the differences between lines of varying thicknesses. However, when the drawing is reduced in size and the lines are scaled down as well, many lines that are not very different from each other become indistinguishable. So you need to increase the difference between lines of different thicknesses.
Select the A4 paper size for printing, and then it will be possible to print. Check the layers to see if there are any layers that cannot be printed; if so, rename them
