Production of polysilicon in a fluidized bed

There is very little knowledge about the process of producing polysilicon in fluidized beds; it is only known that the safety factors in this production process are difficult to control. So it hasn’t been promoted yet. I’m seeking advice from all fellow travelers! !
It is indeed difficult to control. REC has 25 years of experience in fluidized bed technology, yet even after more than ten days of trial operation, problems arise in the production system, leading to unstable parameters and forced shutdowns. There’s no need to mention the rest.
In terms of operating conditions and parameter control, it should be a bit more difficult to control a silane fluidized bed compared to a chlorosilane fluidized bed.........
