I would like to ask fellow experts in this field: how much investment is required to build an air separation unit that can produce 1,400 cubic meters per hour of oxygen and 1,200 cubic meters per hour of nitrogen, with both gases having a purity of over 99.9%? How much is the production cost of oxygen and nitrogen for each party?

A nitrogen generator with a capacity of 1200 cubic meters, excluding the cold dryer; the cost of the air compressor is around 2 million.
