When using the AUTOCAD 3D dynamic observer, the graphic disappears

When I use AUTOCAD in 3D mode, the 3D models appear on the screen after they are drawn, but when I use the 3D Orbit tool, the models disappear from the screen. Once I revoke the observation order, the original pattern reappears. There was no such problem before. I would like to ask everyone how to solve this. Thank you!
I’ve encountered this problem before as well; I think it’s due to some minor issues within the software itself. You can give it a try: save your created 3D model first, and then choose to open it; it should work. Finally, restart CAD; restarting the computer should yield better results.
This issue has not been encountered yet; maybe you’re looking at the image from a position outside the screen, with it enlarged too much

The solution suggested by the friend on the 2nd floor is correct, but the problem wasn’t explained clearly. Browsing through models, especially those that have been rendered, requires a large amount of system resources; when there isn’t enough memory, file loss and abnormal display issues occur. Solutions include: 1. The solution on the 2nd floor is to restart it, but problems still occur after some time ； 2. Hardware upgrade ； 3. Develop good habits while working. 3D rendering is resource-intensive; try to install as few unnecessary software programs as possible. Minimize the number of background processes while working. Using the Internet, having QQ running, downloading files, and listening to music all at once – even the most powerful computers can’t handle that. The new machine my colleague got has 2GB of memory, and it’s still not as fast as my device with 512MB of memory – it’s due to the messy operating system.
