What components are analyzed at the inlet and outlet of the hydrogenation reactor, and what is the acceptable level?
The composition of the process gas at the inlet of the hydrogenation reactor is analyzed, and based on this composition, it is determined how much hydrogen needs to be added. The composition of the process gas at the outlet of the hydrogenation reactor must contain hydrogen, in order to determine whether the hydrogenation reaction has taken place sufficiently and to assess whether the air supply amount is appropriate.
