Types of gas-to-gas heat exchangers

Regarding the process gas coming out of the collector in the sulfur recovery unit, which is then exchanged heat with the flue gas coming out of the gas-to-gas heat exchanger and the incinerator, what type of heat exchanger is used in this gas-to-gas heat exchange?
The process gas heat exchanger is a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a fixed tube sheet.
To secure the tube-and-plate heat exchanger, expansion joints are designed in the bypass line to prevent deformation of the heat exchanger due to excessive temperature differences!

May I ask to what temperature does the flue gas after passing through the incinerator cool down before it exchanges heat with the process gas?
