Does anyone know the specific requirements for manufacturing the supports for internal components in packed towers? For example, what are the requirements for the levelness of the support ring plate in a wet web demister? What are the requirements for the levelness of the tray support ring plate? Are there any other production requirements? On what standard are the requirements specified?

Different tower diameters have different values; check the standards – it’s clearly stated there
There are currently only 2 standards, but both are reference standards: 1) Technical specifications for trays, and 2) Construction and acceptance specifications for chemical tower equipment. These two standards are not specific to trays alone; they provide guidance and references for all components inside towers. You need to understand it deeply.
When installing the main beams and secondary beams, use a level to ensure they are level; appropriate shims can be used to bring the upper surface of these beams to the same level as the upper surface of the support rings. 3# Is there an end to learning? Is it a screen defoamer? ? ? ? ? ? The levelness requirement for screen defoamers is not very high; one can refer to the levelness requirements for tray support rings! ! !
These technical requirements are generally present for such trays, in order to ensure full utilization.
