Torch K.O. tank rack height issue

For a torch KO tank, it’s usually placed directly on the ground with just a base, right? But I noticed that for some torch KO tanks, it needs to be raised to about 2.5 meters high, with a platform added as well? What are the benefits?
There might be a pump under the tank; consider the height at which the pump is installed. Platforms are required by safety regulations.

There is no pump below the tank; once this K.O. valve is closed, it goes into the flare system
The torch KO tank is used to collect liquids before they enter the torch. A level gauge that displays the liquid level is available on the KO tank. This device should be checked regularly, and any liquid that is found should be drained. As long as the goal is achieved, there are no **requirements** regarding the placement height; the platform exists to facilitate better operation.
