Its function is to balance the steam source, the amount of steam supplied, and the fluctuating steam load, while ensuring the appropriate steam pressure and flow rate for the end users; this allows the boiler to operate in a continuous and stable state, thereby achieving the highest thermal efficiency and the most economical operation.
