At the request of many users who are enthusiastic about supporting the development of this area for technical exchanges in production, and in order to further increase the popularity of this area as well as everyone’s enthusiasm for participation, it is planned to hold lectures on production technology knowledge and quiz activities here. The planning method is as follows: 1. The moderator determines the theme of the lecture, with the content focusing on topics related to the area under discussion, such as process technology, production management, operational procedures, accident handling, technical improvements, quality management, etc. It can be a detailed technical discussion, such as the choice of distillation methods in production practices, or it can cover a broader scope, such as quality management. 2. Each issue shall be presented by the person who determined the theme; the materials related to the various knowledge points should be divided into multiple sections 【it is advisable to have 3 or more sections】 and posted in the form of theme posts, ensuring that each topic is published in a continuous manner. 3. After each set of materials is posted, 5 questions are provided; the content of these questions should be closely related to the topics covered in that day’s training, so that it is possible to answer them correctly by simply reading the training material carefully. The question types mainly include fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice, and true/false questions, to facilitate grading by moderators. 4. 2 Wealth points are awarded for each correct answer, and 10 Wealth points for answering all questions correctly. Responses are required to be submitted using a hidden scoring system; the standard answers for each session are determined by the question-posing moderator, who informs all moderators via text message, and all moderators may participate in scoring. 5. The number of participants per round should be kept around 50 posts, to avoid overburdening the workload of the moderators. If there are more than 50 posts, the moderators can proceed with closing them directly. The basic operation method can be referred to those of the answering activities in other partitions. The general idea is as mentioned above: start with the moderators first, and if that works well, then invite regular members to participate. Due to the small number of participants at first, it was estimated that it would not be possible to carry out the activities on a continuous basis; therefore, a trial run began on September 1st.
