The compressor should be analyzed from the outside to the inside. First, check whether the first-level inlet valve contains oil. If the first-level inlet valve contains oil, you need to check whether the first-level air inlet valve is not tightly sealed. If the first-level air inlet valve is good, you must find the cause outside the compressor system. Don't waste time on the compressor. If the first-stage air inlet valve is leaking, gradually eliminate the source of oil from the compressor. However, sometimes there are some accidental factors that cause the device to be oily during initial startup. In this case, there is no way to find out the source. After a while, the problem may have disappeared after a period of observation. .
In addition to the little oil in the oil injector, the most likely source of the liquid is that the liquid separation tank at the inlet of your compressor is not deliquified in time, or the inlet temperature is too high, or the demister of the separator is not good, and the gas is dry. Most of the source of mud is dust in the air. When the suction valve inhales, the dust is also sucked in. The above is my opinion.
