Newcomers learn *instrument knowledge, for this book

I work in computer networks; by chance I switched to working with instruments. But it’s as if these two fields are worlds apart – it seems really difficult. Could any friend recommend a book for me? I’m determined to study hard*
Study books on chemical process instrumentation, measurement and control circuits, PLC, DCS, etc., but the foundational courses for these subjects are analog circuits, digital circuits, and circuit analysis – you need to be proficient in these.

First, find a book to learn the basics of instruments and study the principles behind the measurement of the five key parameters in chemical engineering. Then, work with a supervisor to get to know the specific instruments. As for DCS, those with computer skills should have no trouble with it!
