How to handle liquid-phase analysis of the fermentation broth

SeaFriend Expert: I’m currently conducting a content analysis of the griseofulvin fermentation broth, and I’m not sure how to handle this broth. Those who are familiar with this process could please give some advice.
There is an online method for the pretreatment of vancomycin fermentation broth for HPLC analysis; you may want to take a look at it. The method includes the following steps: 1) Adjust the pH of the vancomycin fermentation broth to 4.0–4.5 using an organic weak acid, then filter to obtain the filtrate or separate the supernatant by centrifugation ； 2) Mix the aforementioned filtrate or supernatant with methanol in a volume ratio of 1:0.5 to 2, and then centrifuge. After preprocessing the fermentation broth using this method, the impurities in the samples analyzed by HPLC were **reduced**. Hundreds of samples were analyzed consecutively without any increase in column pressure, indicating good analysis performance; moreover, the accuracy of vancomycin detection was high.
