Our coal gasification project is currently working on preparing budgets for production preparation costs and commissioning costs. However, since we have no prior experience with this kind of thing, we don’t know where to start. I would like to ask those of you who have experience in this area for some guidance. Specifically, we are not sure what exactly is included in production preparation costs and commissioning costs. The costs here cover a very wide range of items: production preparation and testing costs, which include staff training, salaries, expert consultation fees, overtime pay, hospitality expenses, as well as various other administrative costs.
