The catalytic startup constant-temperature dryer has three stages. These stages are set at specific temperatures; what is the function of each one? We are 150, 315, 550 degrees
150 generally removes free water, 315 and 550 remove crystalline water; slight differences exist depending on the lining. Generally, 315 or above is sufficient; it’s very difficult to reach 550.
I agree with the theory mentioned above, but generally it is also necessary to set the oven temperature according to what the lining supplier provides; 500 should still be sufficient.
150 to remove free water, 350 to remove crystalline water, 500–550 for caking
150 to remove surface water, 315 to remove crystalline water, sintering at 550 degrees!
Similar to heating a furnace: 150 degrees to remove free water, 350 degrees to remove crystalline water, and sintering at temperatures above 500 degrees.
