I have many business trips this month, but I find time in my busy schedule to manage the forum. Thanks to Version T and several forum moderators, who braved the heat of August and worked diligently and conscientiously, they organized the exciting \"Lucky Floor-Kicking\" event, bringing vitality to the forum. I have been involved in managing the forum for 4 months, and before I knew it, I went from being a moderator of the newer version to one of the less recent moderators. Last month, I took on the additional responsibility of acting as an assistant to the moderator. From now on, I need to be stricter with myself, work well in coordination with all the moderators, and strive to create a new future for the foreign language forum. Thanks for the bonus reward for the upgraded version!
This month, the number of posts in the foreign language sections (primarily the chemical engineering English section) has increased to some extent. There have also been significant changes in the management team: some old moderators left, but more new members joined. Let’s all work together to make the foreign language section even better!

Thank you to all the old and new moderators for your hard work this month! This month, I was exhausted both physically and mentally due to business trips and video conferences, and I only took on as much management work as I could handle. I hope to have a good mood and plenty of time in September.
Thank you to Qingming Chaoban and all the moderators (especially Zhou Ban, tekchina, niuky, wingman1985...)! I will keep working hard to improve, including my skills and methods in management. I have been on business trips quite a lot lately, so it’s not easy to access the internet, but I will set aside time every day to visit the forum to learn and communicate.
