Seeking advice on experience with instrumentation work

I just graduated from school and started working at a chemical company, handling instrumentation tasks, but I feel there’s so much to learn that I don’t know where to begin. I hope everyone can give me some advice. To help me adapt to this job more quickly and achieve success in my studies sooner.

Thank you, up above. Our department has all these books, but reading really gives me a headache; I don’t remember much after going through them once
Also, (Process Control Engineering) is worth taking a look at! It’s not even easy to remember what’s in books; one needs to spend a long time gaining insights and experience!
The most direct way is to spend more time on site and learn from experienced craftsmen*
