PHS168 is leaving the management team for work reasons; LXQ700918 is scheduled to serve as the super-version assistant. Two additional regular moderators are needed in the nitrogen fertilizer section, so please pay attention to this matter, all moderators in that section. The four official moderators, zkq666666, Lvyin Mamu, yulin1973, and huchsh, have been officially confirmed in their roles as scheduled. After becoming a full-time member, yulin1973 is scheduled to be appointed as the moderator in charge of the compound fertilizer section.

The compound fertilizer section is not very popular among those using chemical fertilizers; my management skills are quite limited (which is also the case in my actual work). The compound fertilizer section needs a moderator who can revitalize this section, and I hope that the moderators will help to find a suitable candidate for this role. Additionally, other section moderators should take some time to check out the compound fertilizer section when they are not busy, to help identify problems and come up with suggestions, so as to improve this section.
