The so-called NHD decarburization high-pressure flash tank is a vessel that provides reduced-pressure flashing conditions for the decarburized rich liquid； Based on the different solubilities of H2, N2, and CO2 in NHD deep liquid at certain pressures, the rich liquid is subjected to a reduced pressure to release most of the H2 and N2 contained within it, thereby achieving effective gas recovery ； A high-flash tank is generally a horizontal container in which a certain liquid level is maintained and sufficient space for evaporation is left, thereby creating the conditions for flash evaporation ； The main functions of the high-flash tank are: 1. To maintain a certain flash pressure ； 2. Provide sufficient space for flashing ； 3. Ensure a sufficient residence time of the solution to facilitate complete dissociation of H2 and N2.
