The electric valve for spray water cooling will not close properly!

I have an electric valve for spray cooling that won’t stay closed. At first, I thought it was because it hadn’t been adjusted properly; after making the adjustments, it still wouldn’t stay closed when installed. Then I replaced it with another valve that had been adjusted, but the problem persisted. Water flows in from below and out from above, then into the spray cooling device. Could someone help analyze what might be causing this issue?
1. Check whether the signals at the site are correct, and whether there is proper grounding or whether the signals sent from the DCS are accurate. 2. Improper installation; external stresses prevent it from closing properly. 3. The pressure difference before and after is too large, resulting in failure to close properly.
Electric valves come equipped with over-torque protection and stroke control, which means that a certain amount of clearance is always left when adjusting the valve’s closing position; otherwise, the motor could be damaged. Due to the presence of clearance, the electric valve cannot be fully closed. Other types of valves can be selected, such as pneumatic, hydraulic, solenoid valves, etc.
3# liuzhenggang: I’m not quite sure what you mean by the gap size. Why is it necessary to include this gap? Is it to prevent the door from closing too tightly, so that the motor can still move it?
2# Yiding, hello. Could you explain why the high differential pressure before and after doesn’t cause it to shut down? The water pressure here is quite high, while the steam pressure isn’t that high; the differential pressure is around 2 MPa I think
