How is pressure testing generally carried out? Are gantries and pressure testing platforms used, with jacks used to apply pressure in this way? If that doesn’t work, what pressure testing methods should be used? I mean, during construction, for temporary pressure testing. Thank you~!
There are many types of pressure testing. I am currently helping with one such test (see *), so I’m not entirely familiar with all of them. During pressure testing, water is pumped into the pipes to achieve the desired pressure level
What kind of pressure testing are you talking about? Is it equipment pressure testing? Piping pressure testing?
Is it a pressure test for the pipeline welds? When testing pipes or equipment, hydraulic testing is generally carried out: water is poured in and air is added until the required conditions are achieved, after which the system is held at those conditions for a certain period of time
Pressure test the valve 1~! ~! ~
I think it should be that once the entire system is completed, a pressure test should be carried out as a whole; it shouldn’t be just a pressure test for the valves alone.
Piping pressure testing can be carried out using air or water, and valves are also tested simultaneously.
