Is it higher than usual? The power of the air compressor has been increased, right? Resulting in increased gas compression
Check whether there are any blockages in the cooling water pipeline, as well as the temperature of the cooling water. If there are no issues with the cooling water system, it’s possible that the outlet valve is faulty and cannot be closed, allowing high-pressure gas to flow back
Check whether the circulating water is functioning properly.

Are you referring to the situation where the exhaust temperature rises after the air compressor is stopped and then started up again? It depends on how many stages of compression your air compressor has; the exhaust temperature is related to the compression ratio. Generally, the compression ratio should not exceed three, otherwise it’s better to implement intercooling to reduce the motor power and lower the exhaust temperature. If your exhaust temperature is high and all cooling measures are in place, it seems that some of the gas needs to be compressed again during the compression process
The cooling water was shut off too early; 20 minutes after shutdown, the cooling water was checked to see if there was any improvement.
Upon inspection, the poor exhaust flow was caused by a blockage in the silencer behind the vent valve, compounded by issues resulting from the shutdown of the cold water supply. Thank you to all the sea friends for their help.
