In the TEG regeneration unit, an activated carbon filter is installed to remove the hydrocarbon components dissolved in the rich liquid, particularly aromatic hydrocarbons. Why is it necessary to remove aromatic hydrocarbons, and what are the consequences of not doing so? Thank you
