There’s a bright future ahead; craftsmanship is what matters most
In the design industry, process is of utmost importance – just as a snake can’t function without a head. As long as the design industry exists, the field of process systems will surely have a bright future. There’s therefore a lot to learn. Our boss says that process systems are like an all-purpose solution; it takes about five years to achieve basic proficiency, and eight years to become truly skilled. By then you’ll be great at what you do. Let’s work hard together. Wishing you success in your work!
Work hard, keep learning and learning more! In any field, if you put in effort, you will have a promising future and financial success, especially since you’re in the field of process engineering!
There is definitely potential, but there won’t be much money in the first few years.

Whether there is a future depends on oneself! Process designers must be proactive, constantly learning about new technologies, materials, equipment, and processes. Relying solely on outdated information from books is not sufficient. Some industries that were once in decline are now thriving, while others that were once promising are failing – this illustrates the importance of being proactive. When first entering this field, one must be humble, especially when dealing with professionals in this field; there is a tendency among them to look down on each other, and without humility, it may be difficult to succeed!
