What are the criteria for successful regeneration of molecular sieves? How to tell?
The standard for successful molecular sieve regeneration is that the peak value during cold blowing meets the requirements, with higher thresholds required for single-layer beds compared to double-layer beds.
Molecular sieve regeneration involves desorbing the molecular sieve that has absorbed adsorbates, so that it can be used in another adsorption cycle with full adsorption capacity. The standard for acceptable regeneration is that the regeneration time-temperature curve recorded by the instruments for the same tower remains normal, with fluctuations being very stable. Furthermore, when the same tower was put back into adsorption operation, the concentration (purity) of the product gas sampled was within the acceptable range, with very little variation as well.
