I’m referring to liquid filters – such as bag filters, cartridge filters, or fully automatic filters. In synthetic production, the decarburization system is primarily used for filtering the decarburization liquid, while the steam condensate and process condensate recovery systems are employed for that purpose as well.
Are these three stations the only ones in the entire ammonia synthesis system that use filters? Why hasn’t anyone else added anything?
There are too many processes that need to be filtered. In the copper washing process for synthetic ammonia feed gas, there are operations such as filtering to purify the copper melt, filtering the carbon propylate solution, and filtering the circulating water. But they are all professional-type filters, with different filtration media.
Could you provide more details on the professional-type filters mentioned upstairs? For example, what type of filters are used by copper plating technicians?
