Everyone here is an expert in ammonia synthesis. I would like to ask which companies are currently working on ammonia synthesis projects, what scale those projects are on, or if anyone knows about such projects. 5 wealth points will be given for replies; of course, information has to be provided first
1. Guizhou Tianfu Chemical Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company established through joint investment by Guizhou Chitianhua Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Hongfu Industrial Development Co., Ltd.; it is located in Fuquan City, Guizhou Province. The company is committed to making use of Guizhou’s abundant coal resources by carrying out advanced processing, extending the industrial chain, and developing the coal chemical industry. The first phase of the project requires an investment of 3.19 billion yuan. Utilizing the utility facilities provided by Guizhou Hongfu Industrial Development Co., Ltd., advanced pressurized coal gasification technology will be employed to build a facility capable of producing 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 150,000 tons of dimethyl ether per year. Supply synthetic ammonia to Hongfu Head Office, and provide clean energy dimethyl ether to the market. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2009. 2. Guizhou Jinchili Chemical Co., Ltd.: In accordance with Guizhou Province’s 11th Five-Year Plan, Tongzi County was designated as the provincial demonstration base for circular economy-based coal chemical industry. Coal chemical projects are key components of this base. In 2006, the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved the first phase of the coal chemical project in Tongzi County. From the end of 2006 to the beginning of 2007, the provincial people’s government granted official approval for the use of land for this project. The project was constructed by Guizhou Jinchi Chemical Co., Ltd., established with investment from Chitianhua Group. The land acquisition and demolition work have been largely completed, and construction officially began on August 28, 2007; it is the first circular economy industrial project to start construction in the province. The total investment for the first phase is expected to be 3.8 billion yuan. The main construction scope includes: a 25MW cogeneration plant along with supporting facilities such as water supply and heating for the facility; an annual production capacity of 8.7 million tons of raw water, 450 million tons of recycled water, 1.2 million tons of desalinated water, 4.2 million tons of high-pressure steam, and 240 million kWh of electricity generated ； Gasification unit with an annual output of 1.12 billion standard cubic meters, along with supporting facilities for coal storage and transportation, air separation, shift reaction, etc ； An annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 300,000 tons of methanol, 520,000 tons of urea, and 200,000 tons of compound fertilizers. The project site is located in Huaoheping, Liaoyuan Town.

Ningxia Jiemefengyou Chemical Co., Ltd. operates a coal-based ammonia production facility with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons, as well as a urea production plant with an annual capacity of 700,000 tons; in addition, it produces 200,000 tons of methanol annually. This is the third large-scale fertilizer production facility in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region that has been established through investment attraction efforts. The aerospace furnace designed by Shandong Ruixing Chemical, with a diameter of 3200, is currently the largest of its kind; its annual production capacity per furnace is 300,000 tons of ammonia alcohol. Three such furnaces are planned to be built, with two to be constructed first； The pressure is still 4 MPa ； The groundbreaking ceremony was held around May, and the preliminary design is now basically complete.
