What is the definition of waste steam? What caused it? What impact does it have on the device? Are there any good solutions available at the moment? I hope the experts here can give me some advice!
Waste steam, also known as exhaust steam, is typically generated by devices such as steam reciprocating pumps; it has low exit temperature and pressure, at 140 degrees and 3.5 kg/cm2, making it rather difficult to utilize. The waste steam from the coking unit goes directly to the vent tower; I’m not sure about other units.
It depends on the parameters of the waste steam; the method of utilizing it is determined based on the actual conditions.
